About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our engineering team. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges while mentoring developers and ensuring successful project delivery.
As a Staff Engineer, you will act as the technical backbone of multiple projects, collaborating with engineering, product, and clients to build scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions. You will be expected to lead by example through coding, architecture, technical decision-making, and engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead the technical execution of multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Own end-to-end software architecture and technical design decisions.
- Drive engineering excellence across frontend, backend, mobile, cloud, and DevOps.
- Establish coding standards, development guidelines, and best practices.
- Review architecture, pull requests, and critical code before production deployment.
- Identify technical risks early and propose scalable solutions.
Team Leadership
- Mentor and guide software engineers across all experience levels.
- Resolve day-to-day technical blockers faced by the engineering team.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Help engineers improve software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Promote a strong engineering culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
Project Delivery
- Ensure timely delivery of multiple client engagements.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners for sprint planning and execution.
- Break down large technical problems into actionable engineering tasks.
- Maintain high standards for quality, performance, and security.
- Ensure production stability and reliability.
Client Collaboration
- Participate in technical discussions with clients.
- Gather and clarify technical requirements.
- Present technical solutions in a clear and professional manner.
- Build long-term technical trust with clients.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Staff Engineer, Technical Lead, Lead Software Engineer, or an equivalent technical leadership role.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams across multiple client projects.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade cloud applications.
